ACCOMMODATION

Please make your request for a hotel room on the Hotel Reservation Form which is accompanied by a fully completed registration form.
Hotel rooms will be given by a first come - first served basis.We can guarantee your hotel reservation in the followings:

until 5th September, 2008 - in Mercure Budapest City Center

until 10th September, 2008 - in Sofitel Budapest

After these dates requests will be accepted but reservations can not be guaranteed. 2 night deposit should be paid to the hotels directly by credit cards.
The reamining amount of nights is to paid onsite to the hotel directly.
